| The design you came up with, including the
improvements you recommended, far surpassed what we had originally hoped for, and it still
came in within the specified time and price. The quality of the workmanship on the
paper rack is top notch, and we were very impressed. It is truly a pleasure to
do business with people who are so courteous and pleasant! |

| The loading was seen at first
as a concern, but during the process of work, we see it much the way the wise old
management slogan states..."everything is not always as it seems". The
unique spindle, brake and thread nut are great tools that give us exactly what we need. |

| We have chosen to use the
Multi-Rack® for several reasons. First and foremost would be the braking system you
employ; the spools come to rest whenever our cutting machines stop. We have a
permanent location for each spool of wire, which eliminates the need to find it and
transport it to the wire cutting machine. |

| This process of getting the
spools and delivery racks to fit one another smoothly while conserving floor space is
Multi-Rack®'s forte...standardization of wire and wire spools makes sense
and saving money and time is a direct result...the hidden benefit came from the
standardization of the wire and spools...now he's presenting the wire to the pullers,
markers, cutters, etc. in as best a condition as possible... |
